I first used the garage which was sited at the 1st Stop premises almost 20 years ago as I lived locally and I did only simple/general maintenance on my own car.

Approximately 16 years ago Kevin took over the business, continuing to provide car maintenance/repair/MOT services.

I continued using the garage after Kevin took over as it was the easiest option to try the "new people", who had taken over. It is a treatment to the service provided that I continue to use 1st Stop all these years later. Kevin himself, is knowledgeable about most aspects regarding cars, but honest enough to say when he thinks something needs specialist help (paint repairs/specialist cars) and I appreciate that he takes time to explain what he thinks needs doing and why, without a "hard sell".

I like Kevin's honest and open approach and over the years he has proved time an again that he is trying to provide a real service for his customers as much as running his business for a necessary profit. If Kevin says something needs doing, I believe him. If there's another cheaper alternative he will tell me and let me decide. You can't say fairer than that, so I come back and confidently recommend 1st Stop to others.

The Club caters for 300 youngsters whose ages ranging from 7 years old through to 16 years old and like most voluntary organisations we rely on fund raising and sponsorship to provide the best facilities and equipment possible for the youngsters and without the generosity of people such as yourself  out task would be more difficult.

Congratulations on your recent award. It is well deserved.
At the same time I wanted to express the thanks from Turnabout Trust and our family for your excellent service over many years to us.

We have had many planned and unplanned visits to 1st Stop for services and unexpected breakdown assistance. Both the charity and us as the Tyer family have always found you to be excellent and honest in your dealings. Understanding the tight budgets and restraints we have to work too ourselves, it is good to know of your written policy promises and that you have kept them.

We can recall purchasing 5 or 6 vehicles from you over the years. Once again you have been honest in your car sales department. We would especially like to mention Roger, manager of that area of your business. He is always a perfect gentleman, listens to our requirement and budget. Roger is honest about the vehicle(s) being shown - like the running costs and insurance group. Also points out that in the next year certain parts may been attention outside of any warranty.
So once again on behalf of this charity and our family a big thank you, and look forward to future dealings with 1st Stop Cars Ltd.

Dear 1st Stop Cars

Further to our summer fair held on the 27th June 2007, we wish on behalf of Holt farm Infant School and the friends committee, to thank you sincerely for your generous support and donation to pay for our bouncy castle.

You will be pleased to hear that the event raised over £1200 profit for the school, with these funds will be used to purchase much needed equipment for the students to use in line with their ongoing curriculum

We are very keen to foster links between the school and local community and very much hope that we may be able to continue our good relationship in the forthcoming academic years.
